Samsung Electronics stated on Tuesday it would merge its cell and client electronics divisions and named new co-CEOs in its greatest reshuffle since 2017 to simplify its construction and deal with rising its logic chip enterprise.
The sweeping transfer is the most recent signal of centralised change on the world’s largest reminiscence chip and smartphone maker, after Vice Chairman Jay Y. Lee was paroled in August from a bribery conviction.
